- It used to be a great place to work but recent management changes caused a shift in culture and ways of working. Too many changes took place too fast without any apparent reason (there was no problem to solve). - Trust is replaced by aggressive micromanagement. - Developers and PO's are not happy. - Although there is a company wide 1 month working from abroad policy, management (seemingly) randomly decides who can work abroad and who cant.
