Cons

High turnover among younger employees due to limited growth opportunities and salaries not aligned with Toronto's cost of living. Incomplete initial training created challenges in role execution. Workload concerns were dismissed, with expectations exceeding manageable levels for junior employees compared to senior colleagues. Mental health struggles were downplayed, and performance reviews lacked recognition of accomplishments, even when targets were met. Leadership and support were inadequate in addressing performance and well-being concerns.
