      Pros

      Good salary - but that's all, precious little additional benefits. Oh and there is a tremendous amount of work to get done...

      Cons

      Where to begin... - Systems - shockingly bad, in 2012 they were still using Lotus Notes for instance. - Poor management - my manager was "difficult" to say the least. - Pervasive passive aggressive culture. - Terrible HR - Lack of benefits. - overloaded with work

      Inters are treated like a part of the team, they get to chime into decisions on major product development.

      None there is really none, Great experience!
