Mgmt not Honest About Position during interview, Bad attitude toward employees - Technical Support Engineer Lenovo Employee Review

Management were not honest about the position during interview process. I arrived expecting to work in Level 3 capacity with a certain technology and was expected to step back 20 years and do Level 1 work on completely different technologies. Employees were not valued or treated with respect. Management preferred the stick rather than the carrot approach, making some employees feel that their job was at risk if they didn't go along with unreasonable demands. Processes/procedures changed very frequently but were not properly documented, however employees were supposed to know these verbatim. Any customer freedback less than 10/10 was deleted to keep the stats looking good. The company made a mistake in my case causing personal and financial impact, when I tried to reclaim the extra amount I had to pay my request was refused.
