      Medical device development so work has meaning

      Cons

      The work environment is horrendous. Cubes have no privacy and no space for the equipment you are actually supposed to develop on. Computers provided to develop on are old and IT routinely uninstalls tools needed for development. Leadership does not trust it's employees. Pay is low and there are no opportunities for advancement.

      Great internal talent, always openings for internal candidates, good processes and training.

      Big, sometimes political, can be difficult to advance without changing departments.
