At Miro, we strive to provide a supportive environment for all employees and are continuously working to improve our leadership and management practices. We’ve recently rolled out a Manager Enablement initiative with the purpose of enhancing and fortifying the leadership capabilities of managers, fostering a culture of confidence and competence. This is still work in progress and soon there will be more content around effective 1:1’s and team meetings, prioritization etc.
