      Great company with wide competencies, good global track record

      Cons

      Local BU fighting fail to see customer’s objective first. Leaders don’t even know the depth of the problem. Promote base on pure sales result, people who doesn’t even have the quality of leadership often seen get promotion just because they can talk well or just stay long enough, demoralising those that fix the problem.

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
