Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. As I have said to others in responses, it is always very encouraging when our colleagues feel that management is approachable - because that is the intent of our organization design and culture. Regarding training, I would like to say that we are going to make it even better - we are focused a lot on grooming ourselves into the best of the best - it is also a promise we make to our customers (that they get a chance to work with some of the best people out there).
Regarding your salary structure, that is set to change this year. We have already agreed to make changes based on feedback we have received - we are just getting ready to roll it out (and it will happen in a staged manner).
I would really like more feedback on your comment on HR policies not being strong or being influence-prone by managers. This is not something that we intend, but if you are noticing these, we would like to improve upon this. HR is a big focus area for us for 2015, so any feedback we can get will be very useful. I would strongly urge you to reach out to me (HR can connect you with me) so that we can take the time out to discuss these points.
