11yThank you for taking the time to leave a review here. I am happy to see that the pros you have listed here are some of the very things that we put a lot of focus on. A flat culture and reachable management is a core value. People focus is another core value.
From a salary structure perspective, you must have received a recent mail which talks about the changes made to the salary structure. So, the feedback that we have received in the last year or so has already been addressed.
We will take your advice to heart and keep up the good work. I only request that you help us in doing it.
