11yThank you for leaving a review here on Glassdoor. I personally think that support groups at Nagarro are very important. At the same time, you are right, these groups sometimes remain behind-the-scenes. This is good feedback and I would like to go back and re-look at whether we are doing enough for these groups.
At the same time, I would've loved to know which 'support staff' are you talking about. If you can reach out to HR and let them know, then we can at least make sure that we get specific feedback from you on what is missing.
Thanks again for taking the time to leave a feedback. I agree that Nagarro is on its way to the next level through the vision of its leaders and the collaboration of all its employees.
