      Cons

      PAY and Management. Usually hire managers who have been there for 15 years and have no where else to put them. Also if you want to move up within the company you can get stuck behind a long line of people.

      Compensation and bonus has been available through ebbs and flows of business. Hard work is typically seen and rewarded.

      Cons

      7 line managers in 10 years (through one role change) Company restructures often. You must be willing to adapt and thrive in constant change.
