      Allows you to work very independently, super low-key work environment, everyone is very friendly, on boarding process is smooth and efficient

      Compensation and bonus has been available through ebbs and flows of business. Hard work is typically seen and rewarded.

      Cons

      7 line managers in 10 years (through one role change) Company restructures often. You must be willing to adapt and thrive in constant change.
