      - Great work/ life balance - Very good perks (good healthcare and other benefits) - Team and management very understanding and great to work with - The work itself can get hectic, but always manageable - Super collaborative

      Cons

      - Wish pay was a bit higher - Not much collaboration between other teams - Does not seem like there's a lot of upward mobility

      Pros

      Great people, customers, products. The culture has improved significantly over the past 5 years or so, and now feels like a relatively modern software company. Exec leadership is very good, Neil is fantastic.

      Cons

      Mid-level exec leaders, VP level, are still very political. Salaries are way below average.
