      - Good place to start off as a new grad - Fun work culture - Friendly and helpful colleagues - Engaging office space

      Cons

      - Pay is lower than the industry average - Scope for advancement is limited (hence the high turnover rate) - Lack of support from senior management - More than the average workplace politics

      Pros

      Armenian Office people are great and in general there is a friendly atmosphere and conditions. Lots of attention to employees from Armenian management

      Cons

      I can not say anything positive from Management team from Canada. Although I can say lots of negative, but I will refrain from it.
