      Good atmosphere and staff are friendly and accommodating. It's a good place to work.

      Cons

      Opportunities for progression are influenced by 'who you know and not what you know!' Very little influence on making improvements in the UK. Projects are driven by Germany and leave the UK to pick up all the pieces!
