Pros

Good salaries and benefits package. Beautiful offices around the world. A dedicated team who will work themselves into the ground.

Cons

The management only care about profit with little interest in their employees well being. Heavy workloads and an expectation to work during weekends and annual leave.

Thank you for your review. It's great to hear the salaries and our whole benefits package works well for you. Yes, you're right, we have amazing offices in more than 20 countries across the globe and our people are awesome. I am not sure how you know the featured review is from our CEO's PA as all reviews are anonymous. The UK featured review says he/she is a colleague in Newcastle, whereas Stephen's PA works in London, so I would say it's not from his PA. At Sage we recognise our people are amazing; we couldn't produce the awesome products without them, we could not sell the software without our fantastic sales crew and couldn't support them without the incredible people who are there all the time to ensure our business builders have total and utter dedication from our colleagues. At Sage we can’t promise an easy ride but it’ll be a rewarding one and leaving your comfort zone will help you grow in belief and as a person. From our new mentoring programme, to Sage live TV, to Linda.com development portal, plus the ShareSave scheme being rolled out globally and lots of other exciting events to be announced soon, there's never been a better time to join Sage.

Pros

was hired as remote and get to have that honored, but have been openly told no career progression because of remote status. decent pay

Cons

Leadership instability: Seven manager changes during my relatively short tenure. Unrealistic targets: A sales quota set at 1,100% growth (not a typo). Slow product development: Getting anything actioned on the product side takes far too long. Product management turnover: Three product manager changes, resulting in no meaningful deliverables in over three years. Misaligned hiring priorities: Greater emphasis on DEI optics than on hiring people positioned to drive growth. Internal vs. customer focus: More energy spent on internal events than on product enhancements. Lack of accountability (the biggest issue): No one takes ownership. Responsibility gets passed around constantly — for example, client cancellations going unprocessed because they impact someone's numbers. Managers have openly encouraged pushing the work onto someone else rather than handling it.
