Business Outlook

Pros

Nothing good about this company, not sure if should be called a company. Please do not claim you are the biggest virtual company as this isn't true. Personally, had a negative experience . There is no space for growth even though they always have listings for hiring just pretty titles. People I worked with are nice as they all trying to make it work and need the job/paycheck. Please do not waste your time and talent with this company unless you have no other choice.

Cons

The biggest issue here is the CEO. Because this is a small company CEO is involved in everything. He acts like he owns the employees. His expectations are very high but pays extremely cheap. No wonder why they always hire people outside the U.S because of their financial situation and how are they willing to put up with anything.
