      The working conditions are above average for the area. The pay is comparable to the area. Although being a large company it feels like you are working for a small company.

      The good old boys club is alive and well. If you are a female there is definitely a glass ceiling. The management in the manufacturing area is very unprofesssiona;

      Pros

      Great company and coworkers. People are very nice and friendly and the CEC is a nice place to work and the role has flexible hours.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work to be done so there's a lot of stress that comes with the role. There are times where you will have to work over 40 hours a week. Seems like work-life balance is not prioritized.
