      Good enough to get you through and pay a few bills but keep looking for new employment. Limited OT opportunity

      Cons

      No growth, awful pay, management sucks. Everyone wants to leave. They've undergone 4 organizational changes since I've been there and managers keep changing. Also April wall is literally a flaming bag of trash.

      Pros

      Great company and coworkers. People are very nice and friendly and the CEC is a nice place to work and the role has flexible hours.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work to be done so there's a lot of stress that comes with the role. There are times where you will have to work over 40 hours a week. Seems like work-life balance is not prioritized.
