2021 had summer Fridays- where if you were pacific coast based you could leave your virtual office by 12. East Coast you had to work until California signed off...
Cons
Constant restructuring - to the point that org charts just aren't updated nor is workday until two or three changes in. Management promotions to "yes" people only. Instead of addressing the constant restructuring, HR keeps pushing diversity.
