Pros
Historically, very strong technical leadership and trusted business leaders globally and in most countries. 5 years ago - this was the go to tech consulting company doing amazing things with its clients and in the industry - not so much anymore.
Cons
Times are changing. Most of the leading technical leaders are gone - frustrated by lack of leadership from the top. Business leaders are very frustrated with CEO vision and are either checked out or leaving. Only likely to get worst with recent acquisition. If you are thinking of joining, dig deep to make sure you understand exactly what you will be doing, and what expectations are for you in your role.
