Career advancement is guaranteed as long as you do nothing illegal. This inevitably leads to people getting promoted and leading other into misery. Overall, the deployments are increasing and a melting pot of services are becoming the reality. Airmen no longer just do their own jobs..more and more we deploy with the Army to execute convoy operations.
