      Pros

      Nice team who stood for each other due to the bad working conditions (long hours for ridiculous salaries). Coul d be the first step for an office work environment if you just arrived to the UK

      Cons

      Long hours, repetitive job, no incentives, tiny salaries for what they require from you (the workers in restaurants earn more. Paid contributions to my pension scheme which i will never see because the HR department does not want to deal with former employees.

      the team are well versed with the work undertaken.

      Cons

      if you cannot speak hindi then you will not excel in this company, the company has hired south Asians only, most of the higher managers are on H1B visas, very much toxic work environment where the managers are expected to work on weekends and holidays.
