Pros
There are many people with a positive and can-do outlook. There's a degree of excitement to be a giant startup.
Cons
Leaders are managed by their consultants and the input of employees is ignored and discouraged. Work/life balance is abysmal - 60 hours a week is not close to enough, and it can be as much as 80. There is no potential reward to justify that kind of workload and advancement potential is slim as there is no growth.
