Free Healthcare, helpful co-workers, very competitive pay, generally a good athmosphere, long training, no weekend work.
Cons
Training was useless for the actual work - it was more like a sales pitch for the company. Co-workers will teach you the job, not the training. Way too many tools for a job as simple as this. Team leads mostly physically hiding somewhere in the building or pushing any issues (no matter how urgent) away so solving problems is very hard. Customer Satisfaction System is very flawed and should not be used to measure performance until it has been improved to reflect the service they received that time with that exact agent. Supervisors are not hiring and firing as needed. They keep people for language markets that are not supported but do not hire for supported language markets that need more people. Technical issues and issues caused by the separation from Symantec (translation mistakes on the website and in email templates. incorrectly displayed products, etc) are not being handled in a timely manner.
