      Leadership experience, growth in leadership skills and modalities

      Cons

      If you don't have a supportive co-leadership team or "trio" it can be hell establishing authority and order in the pharmacy. Can be a lot of childish leaders and politics, unfortunately

      pay was decent I guess

      Cons

      no promotions, no good management, a lot of people in positions that do absolutely nothing, very cliquey, constant checking in 1:1's, no growth in your career, favoritism, toxic environment.
