      I work in an extremely busy store. And it's been under staffed lately. All customers complain all the time. No OT to anyone no matter what. Busy. In the one I work in no food in pharmacy allowed. No cell phone allowed. Only 30 min break for lunch (no 2 15 min break for pharmacy staff). Understaffed. "You can work even if you're sick" according to one of the managers. Employees started leaving.

      pay was decent I guess

      Cons

      no promotions, no good management, a lot of people in positions that do absolutely nothing, very cliquey, constant checking in 1:1's, no growth in your career, favoritism, toxic environment.
