Salary is not aligned anyhow, but depends heavily on your conversation with manager. I worked for 3 months as intern and then converted into full time employee, but salary remained almost the same. After a while I got offer from other company which I liked much more anyway with double salary and happily left. The culture was fine, however if I compare to the next employer, it was sometimes too harsh. We tend to make fun of each other and behave aggressively, but it's more like a game, people did respect each other mostly.
