Cons
It can be hard to keep your motivation alive when you see how hard a challenge you have taken on. Here success does not come as fast as one would want it to come, because it is no easy job. Also some management related mistakes were done in the past and this has led to somewhat negative image of the company. These result in some people losing their motivation along the way and they try to take others down as well.
