Pros
good compensation and benefits; mostly good people (although many are fleeing)
Cons
little confidence in management or their plans ..... which seem to change dramatically by the quarter ... org changes and initiatives create massive workload, but little consideration for resources to get it done .... managers don't really manage, just issue targets (the German way)
