Nepotism, boys country club attitude. When layoffs hit in 2014, 20% of sales force laid off and wasn't performance based, but company targeted older male employees (unless you were in management) with higher salaries. Company had a DUI policy for drivers with company cars, yet employees with DUI's in company vehicles were not laid off.
