Pros

its great resume builder and I gained alot of experience to take with me. I met a lot of great people and Loved who I worked with on a daily basis. Huge discounts on rentals was great plus!!!

Cons

No work life balance at all. You will work 12 hour days, 5 days a week and work on weekends. work week hours range from 49-55 hours a week. (I was lied to when I was first hired) Upper management is the WORSE and has no idea what we experience day to day in the branch and have unrealistic goals. You will be washing cars in BUSINESS professional attire in all weather conditions. I cannot count how many shoes and clothing I have ruined working here. Even though they hire from within, anyone that is a white male has better chance to move up than other ethnicities and genders. There isn't any minorities working at the corporate level. they definitely PLAY FAVORITES!

Pros

great perks for those who can stick it out. There are truly great people scattered around the company.

Cons

very long list comprised of.... yes the hours are far worse than they even tell you, and they make it clear that you will work a lot. Pay is low for demanding collage graduates. They mask the low pay by forecasting your salary based on an extreme amount of hours. lets be real, its $15. The people are miserable and complain non stop about the job. its mostly college kids with little work experience who are put in positions to make a lot of mistakes. the benefits are horrible, the medical benefits are as good as just paying for them out of pocket privately. They take ZERO care of their employees ( 0.0%). The company truly believes that by say they take care of their employees that it will somehow translate to actual care, but that's all it is... just talk. When they pitch to you all the advancement.. that's because its a huge revolving door of very unhappy people.

Pros

1. Good benefit packages available. 2. You will get to work with people your age, who are sometimes nice. 3. Some customers are pleasant & great conversationalists. 4. If you're an individual who thrives on beating out your opponent, even if that opponent is your coworker, you're a great candidate.

Cons

1. Why does renting cars need to be a 60 hour per week job? Hire more individuals to ease this issue, especially at busier locations & peak times of the year. Or increase starting pay to incentivize employees to want to be at work every waking hour. 2. Absolutely no room for advancement unless your sales numbers are outstanding. Enterprise does not have a culture where a variety of skills, aptitudes, & strengths are recognized as important & necessary to operate a successful business. Unless you use pushy sales tactics to sell to customers, good luck being taken seriously as a human being, let alone a good employee. 3. Lunch breaks are sparse. Understandable during peak lunch rushes, but no breaks during other slower times of the day. 12+ hour days without taking a 15 minute break to relax, unwind, or cool off slowly wears you down, physically & emotionally. 4. Work life balance does not exist to any extent. Depending on specific branch hours, you may be required to work weekends, as well as 12+ hour days during the week. Due to severe understaffing, 'flex time' is often pushed off due to branch staffing needs. 5. Enterprise prides themselves on such a friendly, team-oriented culture with family values, but if you were there you do not have time to see your family. How can a cut throat environment be team-oriented? Hypocrisy is rampant.
