Pros

Well-defined and seamless recruitment process. I always knew what was expected of me and felt there was always someone available to answer questions. Their motto of: "Do good, have fun, make money" really shines through their company culture and processes. Great benefits, campus is beautiful, and culinary is excellent. For more information about the company and its culture, I recommend listening to the Freakonomics and Acquired podcast episodes about Epic to learn more about what Epic does and how.

Cons

Not a con but a personality type: you have to be a productivity-obsessed self-starter. They'll throw a lot at you and you're expected to turn everything around on tight deadlines.
