Pros

The campus is amazing and everyone is extremely friendly. It really feels like you're on a college campus and you can definitely tell that everyone enjoys working there. Additionally, everyone either has their own office or shares an office with only one other person. They don't believe in having to work in cubicles.

Cons

At Epic they focus on a flat structure which means that you don't have as much of an ability to "move up" like you would at other companies. However, you do have the ability to take on other responsibilities. The only other con for me would be having to relocate.

good pay, smart co-workers, lots of autonomy as a developer, great cafeteria, exciting company growth

Cons

Legacy codebase in VB6 (the M code is not bad), some roles [implementers] get pushed really hard, some incompetent people in positions of power
