Awesome culture, I wear yoga pants to work every day and we really believe in the "have fun" part of our mission statement. 5. Always changing and challenging job. I never thought I would be cut out for a boring desk job and IS is not that! We are always on our toes and presented with new challenges.
Cons
1. Work life balance is something you have to focus on. It doesn't always come easy and there will be times where is more difficult than others but it's very possible to do, you just have to set limits and be open with your manager about your goals and comfort level.
