lesser holidays, poor food and related facilities at workplace, laptops provided are use very old hardware and software.

Pros

The Ericsson DUIB Bangalore was less than a year old when I joined. The set of Directors under a VP did a commendable job in putting together 150+ engineers and establishing basic processes.

Cons

One drawback is that most people in Bangalore office don't get to work in the next-gen upcoming product.
