Pros

Great colleagues, shiny new building, great lunch options, interesting work. Yearly off-site trips with lots of corporate BS but with nice accomodations and good for bonding. Company laptop and cell phone (HP and iPhone SE).

Cons

Management obsessed with cost cutting, laying off longtime staff and leaving very little budget for trainings, books, etc. Impossible to get a raise without changing jobs. Hotdesking policy (space problem - in a new building!)

Good salary package, benefits and access to sponsored activities

Cons

An old-fashioned, traditional, closed mindset spread throughout the company. The legacy of the former CEO/omnipotent Big Brother is everywhere, bordering to cult of personality. No real desire for innovation or change, despite claims (or outside the IT dept., also overestimated), just an endless list of meetings just to end up with "we always did this way". Stay away if you are looking for a modern enterprise. Ah, prepare your best Austrian dialect, or you're not going anywhere.
