      There are no such thing as deadlines. Things are already starting to get better. Great work-life balance

      There are no such thing as deadlines. Absolutely no expectation of performance. Deliverables are late and the quality is unreliable. Below average pay. Insane fluctuation

      - flexible working hours - possibility to have home office - good company culture - many discounts as an employee

      Cons

      - mostly german speaking ( even though english is considered to be the first language) - hard to get into the company at the moment - very difficult to talk about salary
