The bank has grown very fast, but the internal structure has not been adapted. There are no clear career path. The HR department only task used to be calculating the pay checks and not it is struggling to get a real Human Resource Deaprtment role.
The integration policy with the subsidiariers is based too much on the idea of the "soft touch". For this reason it is very hard at any level to make colleagues in the subsidiaries do something for the Group holding if their are not willing to.
