Business Outlook
Pros
- Working hours. Everyone is out of the office after 6pm. - Flexible when it comes to changing within the bank (from one country or department to another). - Job security
Cons
- Basically no leadership. Everyone pulls into a different direction, tons of small battles between department heads. - Horrible company culture. Extremely top-down management style and no communication between managers and lower employees or between departments. Even employees make fun of the firm. - A lot of underachievers. During my three years there, I've never even heard of anyone getting sacked.
