      Pros

      Truly international environment, incredibly stimulating and interesting ( I was working in DG-ECFIN during the recent Greek crisis). People are very well-prepared and help you if you have any doubt.

      Cons

      Too much burocracy and the competition for a permanent position through EPSO is extremely high

      If you can become official or contractual agent with indefinite contract. Management is opened to dialogue.
