Pros
Interesting Projects on going, they are trying to innovate (at least).
Cons
Management is bad, program management and product owners don't have the skills to be in front of projects, there is lots of rivalry inside, even between the client itself (officials), most decisions are not taken for technical reasons but for political reasons, everything is rushed impacting the quality of delivery, big turnover internally, most of the other staff are technically weak and good ones don't stay for long.
