Pros

Pay and benefits are great

Cons

- Constant Re-orgs public or silent layoffs occur every quarter - Culture is based entirely on fear - Senior management is extremely untrustworthy and only cares about short-term performance - For finance - there is no such thing as WLB. expect upwards of 70-80 hour weeks in the busy periods

Pros

Good Benefits including travel and wellness, medical, food benefits

Cons

Nothing much is wrong here, except sudden change in policy at regular intervals. They truly live in the sense of the meaning that change is constant

Pros

Trauma bonded colleagues with good IC-level rapport

Cons

Layoffs every quarter for 3+ years has resulted in a skeleton crew working 3-4X the number of reqs than most agency recruiters. Everyone is exhausted and the leadership team doesn’t seem to care despite continued issues with the business not being pleased with the level of delivery.
