      Excellent training. Abundant assortment of marketing materials, most included with your royalty fee (plus shipping cost). Great support for HR, Safety, Payroll, & Legal.

      Cons

      Company is transitioning away from a good "second career" opportunity with "M-F work, no nights or weekends" to something requiring lots of hustle from a younger, more driven franchisee. Performance expectations of units are increasing at the same time market conditions are becoming more challenging.
