      Opportunity here, but not for everyone

      Pros

      Very flexible work options, many WFH or remotely (even in non-Fujitsu cities). Still some dedicated teams Possible to move up quickly due to high turnover

      Cons

      Management is very uneven (some stars, many duds) Sales pipeline is weak Overall strategy is probably flawed (taking on outsourced datacenters and IT depts) HR is terrible (to be fair, company doesn't invest in HR) General malaise--company doesn't appear to invest in anything or anyone, this causes: Lack of engagement--so some teams/people are impossible to work with

      Good Ole Boy company

      Pros

      Nice campus and good benefits.

      Cons

      Too many good ole boys there. They don't like new ideas. It messes up their status quo. Upper management says it's changing things to be more up to date. So they decided to hire young college grads. Which is a good thing. Only problem is they keep the ole guard in place and nothing changes.

      -Gained more IT knowledge -Free sodas in the break room -Nice facilities - Nothing else I can really think of

      Cons

      -VERY POOR management from top to bottom -Company has no team atmosphere - Each department has an every man for himself mentality - Lied about job duties and compensation
