Pros

NONE Worked at this company for 12 years which was OK to begin with but has steadily gone downhill in the last 5 years. That is now become an avalanche under the management of the current CEO and his buddies in senior management positions

Cons

No.1 BULLYING organisation in Australia. Bullying culture through and through. Senior management posses no talent and resort to bullying to exert their authority. They promise the world to customers, deliver nothing and then blame the foot soldiers. They are driving this once great company into the ground. Management are about as useful as an ashtray on a pushbike which is something the man at the top should easily be able to relate to given that he spends more time on his bike instead of managing the company.

Not a bad company, just bad management

Pros

Good work/life balance Onsite cafeteria and gym Good pay and benefits A lot of smart and talented people there

Cons

Decisions take way too long. Management tends to be in a constant "paralysis by analysis". Every decision has to be cleared with Japan and they are extremely risk adverse and there are often conflicts of interest on business priorities. Most of all, communication among the ranks and direction to the works is often unclear and muddled. Often what is said in the town halls isn't really what is going on behind closed doors and the vision of the company is described in platitudes instead of real concrete plans.

Pros

This used to be a good company to work for. A company that cared about their employees. Now you have managers that say plainly "they only want to do what is best for the company", so F the employees. Well isn't what is best for the company taking care of your employees and making them feel like they are part of the team? When employees are treated badly how do you expect them to want to do their best or even stay with the company. SMH

Cons

No support for employees CEO encourages his managers to lead by fear and intimidation All VP's except 1 are tyrants and bullies Employees are only there until they find a better job. Everyone is looking. I have worked for Fujitsu a long time and I have never seen the company in this state. It all began when the current CEO started. It is a shame to see such a great company go down like a sinking ship.
