Pros

Decent benefits, some really fine and skillful people. Ability for most to telework. Really long hours are rare. Some newer managers are driving change.

Cons

While some managers are working hard to drive change, other managers are not competent for their positions and they set their direct reports up for failure. Good ol' boy network exists and isn't going anywhere. You'll need to know who to schmooze and be able to promote yourself at every juncture. Blame gets tossed around when failures occur. Don't say anything that you don't want repeated.

We read and appreciate your feedback. We agree FNC has a lot of fine and skillful employees. We strive to ensure that all internal applicants are given equal consideration by applying a standard interview process. Internal promotions provide growth opportunities for our employees as they demonstrate readiness based on performance. Presently, twenty two percent of our open positions are filled internally. If you see this process not being followed or believe someone is making decisions not based on merit, please make your HR Business Partner aware.

Pros

People are friendly and competent below senior management. Too many offices but one of them is bound to be close to home !

Cons

No pay rises, no ethnic or cultural diversity, a leadership team full of yes men who follow Duncan Tait blindly into oblivion more worried about their extortionate salaries and devoid of any brain power or backbone I'm surprised they can stand up at all.

Pros

Unfortunately, the collaborative environment of the past has evaporated, so there is no positives left in Sunnyvale office.

Cons

After the new CFO took over, the IT department (which rolls up under her) has become divisive and toxic to work in. Several smart employees have left and many others have been sidelined by her and her inner circle of advisors. Team work and camaraderie is non existent and it gets worse by the day. If you are looking for a career in the tech industry in the Bay Area, there are *many* other options. Avoid Fujitsu (Fujitsu America) at all costs, especially in the CFO/IT organization.
