Pros

Annual hike is slightly better as compare to Indian companies like TCS,INFY etc. Flexi timing depending on your project.

Cons

The worst is their Bangalore facility. No canteen,No transport,Office seems to be a third class company. They hire freshers at 1.5 LPA, so not a good talent pool they have. No projects. Their Notice period is three month. My employee manager,ex project manager both get fired due to long time on bench.I was also on bench when I resigned they starts forcing me to serve full three month notice period. On one side they are firing Bench resources and on the other side if one bench resource has resigned you are forcing him to serve full three months notice period. Never join this company if you have any other offer. You will definitely gonna repent your decision if you join this company.

Pros

As always there’s a small group of people who are great but there’s a fair bit of Stockholm syndrome where you’re all trying to tell each other that it’s great when it’s obviously not.

Cons

The executive team really is an issue here. Most are protected by longevity in the organisation, and lacking skills and current business practises. . Chaotic management practices . Leadership is fear based . Motivated by their bonus and it’s especially bad in 4th quarter, forcing you to push through orders that aren’t ready so that they can meet their target. A real world conversation with Japan is not in their playbook, so berating Account Managers is the go-to method instead. . Lack of funds . Lack of skilled engineers and specialists. . Old fashioned . Siloed . Decreasing revenues and profit putting stress on new acquisitions to fill the gap. . Professionally tricky
