Pros

Good pay considering work life balance, great benefits, interesting projects

Cons

Not much transparency within company, hard to find out information both relating to work and about company wide decisions. Security is high, impractical and a bit of a fugazi which makes it even more annoying.

Pros

Free lunch Barista Gym discount

Cons

Need to develop a deeper understanding of diversity and inclusion rather than “tick box” solution. Need to update internal processes ( very old school and laborious) HR need to be accessible and actually interact with new joiners at some point (never had a conversation with HR, except for the day I left)
