Pros

Working at Glassdoor is challenging yet very rewarding. There is a high bar in terms of performance, but also plenty of support from everyone around you to reach that bar. There are Good People everywhere and it really feels like we are heading in a good direction both in our technical foundations and our product.

Cons

One small thing is that over time we have slipped a bit on our goals around Transparency, I think this is mostly a function of being fully remote, and it is being worked on, but its something I've noticed.

Our values are grit, transparency, innovation and good people. We live those values daily.

Cons

Our focus on the future is solid as we build forward but the messy middle can be challenging as priorities shift quickly and the focus is heavily B2C vs B2B.

Great place to work. Everyone who works here makes it a priority to share best practices and continue to improve. The way we work with our Indeed partners is also a game-changer in providing customers with a complete solution.

Cons

If you're looking for a super complicated product to sell that requires a lot of time for implementation, this is not the job for you.
